How to Use (Directions):

1. Prepare: Wash your feet and dry them thoroughly.

2. Cut: Carefully cut open the top of the foot packs using scissors.

3. Wear: Slip your feet inside and secure them around your ankles with the attached adhesive tape. (Tip: Wear regular cotton socks over the packs to keep them secure).

4. Wait: Leave the foot packs on for 1 to 1.5 hours (60 to 90 minutes).

5. Wash: Remove the packs and wash your feet thoroughly with soap and water. (Note: Dead skin will naturally begin to peel off in 5 to 7 days. Do not forcefully peel the skin).
