Official Usage Instructions

For best results, it is recommended to use them at night before bed:

1. Clean: Wash and dry your feet thoroughly before application.

2. Prepare: Peel off the large paper backing from the adhesive sheet.

3. Apply: Place the detox herb packet in the center of the adhesive, then stick it firmly to the sole of your foot.

4. Relax: Leave the patches on your feet while you sleep (for 6 to 8 hours). You will notice they change color by morning as they absorb moisture and toxins.

5. Remove: Peel off the patches in the morning, then wash your feet with warm water or wipe them with a damp towel to remove any sticky residue.
