Usage Instructions:

These patches are specifically designed for overnight use to maximize their benefits. Here are the proper steps:

1. Clean: Wash and thoroughly dry your feet before going to bed.

2. Prepare: Peel off the large protective backing from the included adhesive sheet.

3. Assemble: Take out the herbal sap pouch and place it in the center of the adhesive sheet (ensure the printed side of the pouch faces the adhesive, so the plain side is the one touching your skin).

4. Apply: Press the pad firmly onto the sole of each foot. (They can also be applied to the calves, lower back, or shoulders).

5. Wait: Leave them on while you sleep for a duration of 6 to 8 hours.

6. Remove: In the morning, gently peel off the patches. You will notice the pouch has turned dark brown and hardened due to absorbed moisture and impurities. Wash your feet thoroughly with warm water to remove any sticky residue.
